The most popular menu item at "Flame Bean Curd" is "Bean-curd soup with hot spices" for 900 yen (tax not included) (Note: 990 yen including tax if you eat and drink in the restaurant).
This "Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup topped with red pepper" was originally created as a bribe at a ryotei (Japanese-style restaurant), and its deliciousness became so popular that it eventually led to the opening of "Flame Mado".
